If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Any items that you wish to return must be in its original condition and packaging and returned within 30 working days. We will not accept items that are damaged, worn, altered, or lacking its original packaging.

Returns process

If you wish to return an item, please email us at admin@leestonphysio.co.nz to inform us of your return and send it to the address listed below. Once your item has been received and we are happy with its condition, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
